"Last updated" is the date a page's content last changed in a way that matters to readers. We do not change it for design, formatting or typo fixes.

"Reviewed" is the date a clinical reviewer confirmed the current wording of the reviewed section.

The site is available in 13 languages. Translations are produced with AI assistance and checked by our team. They have not been independently validated, and the RAADS-R itself has not been formally validated in every language we offer.

The RAADS-R test and your score are free. We earn money from the optional one-time AI report and its add-ons. We pay for search advertising to reach people looking for the test. We do not accept payment to feature or recommend any product or service.
